Education & tutoring
Every child deserves the chance to learn. Our education program keeps vulnerable children in Yaoundé in school with the tutoring, materials and mentoring they need to succeed — working hand in hand with families and schools to remove the barriers that push children out of the classroom.
What we do
- After-school homework support and tutoring in small groups.
- School kits, uniforms and learning materials for children in need.
- Mentoring and one-to-one follow-up throughout the school year.
- Close collaboration with schools and the Ministry of Basic Education.
How it works
- 1We identify children at risk of dropping out through families, schools and social services.
- 2We assess each child's needs and enrol them in the right support.
- 3We provide tutoring, materials and regular follow-up during the year.
- 4We track progress with the school and celebrate every milestone.
