Association Tabitha Dorcas (ATADOR) is a nonprofit organization registered in Cameroon, headquartered in Yaoundé. We support vulnerable children and families through education, nutrition, and counselling programmes. Our website is www.associationtabithadorcas.org.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information you provide directly to us:

• Contact forms — first name, last name, email address, and your message.
• Donation forms — first name, email address, country, donation amount, and payment method. Card and PayPal payments are processed directly by PayPal; we do not store card numbers.
• Newsletter sign-up — email address only.

We also collect anonymous usage data through analytics tools (page views, device type, country) to understand how visitors use our site. This data contains no personally identifying information.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and contact form submissions.
• To process and acknowledge your donations.
• To send you programme updates and newsletters, if you opted in.

4. Third-party services

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate this website:

• PayPal — processes online donations. Subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.
• Formspree — delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox. No data is stored beyond email delivery.
• Contentful — our content management system. Stores public website content only (events, blog posts). No personal data is sent to Contentful.
• Google Analytics — anonymous website usage statistics. Data is aggregated and does not identify individuals.
• Netlify — website hosting. May log standard HTTP request data (IP address, browser type) for security purposes.

5. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies. We store your preferred language in your browser's local storage to remember your choice across visits. Analytics services may set their own cookies for anonymous usage tracking.

6. Data retention

Contact form messages are kept for up to 2 years to allow us to follow up on enquiries. Donation records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial and tax reporting obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
